Meet Our Owners
Kent and Melanie Christensen
Co-Owners
Kent and Melanie Christensen didn’t stumble into home care. They arrived here through decades of life experience, raising a family, serving their community, working alongside people across multiple countries and cultures, and watching people they love navigate the final chapters of their lives. That journey brought them to Las Vegas in 2021, with a clear purpose: to build an in-home care agency that treats every client and caregiver like family.
Both Kent and Melanie grew up in large, close-knit families where hard work, respect for elders, and a deep sense of service were core values, not just words. Kent brings professional depth to the agency through his degrees in Business Education and Accounting, as well as an advanced degree in Management Information Systems and Training & Development. Melanie, who completed her General Studies degree in 2020 after years of raising their four children, developed a passionate interest in gerontology and is now pursuing her calling as a Hospice Chaplain. Together, they spent nearly 16 years working and volunteering in the Middle East before relocating to Las Vegas, an experience that deepened their appreciation for human connection, empathy, and meaningful service.
In recent years, as close family members and dear personal friends have faced the end of life, Kent and Melanie witnessed firsthand what personalized, professional care truly means, and what’s at stake when it falls short. That experience didn’t discourage them. It lit a fire. They knew they could build something better for the seniors and families of Summerlin, Henderson, Boulder City, and the greater Las Vegas, NV area.
